Join us for a deeply intimate, self exploration of the inward journey home.
Remembering who you innately are with practice, precision, vulnerability, accountability, and Love.
Starting Sunday January 18th at 10a we will begin our 3-Month adventure together.
We will meet weekly for 1 hour each week where we will be in a curated space of safety and vulnerability.
We will explore the principles of meditation, a weekly journal prompt will be provided and we will discuss practical ways we can incorporate these modalities into our daily living.
